Is HEPAC a union?

In one word: No. HEPAC is not a union. Helicopter Engineers & Pilots Association, Canada is a non-profit organization whose volunteer membership consists of like-minded helicopter industry professionals who share our mission and strategic objectives. HEPAC is an organized body of people who have an interest, activity, or purpose in common: the pursuit of the betterment of individual careers, the Canadian helicopter industry as a whole and the successful synergy and prosperity of our industry’s future. As such, HEPAC is a membership association that represents the collective, proactive voice of engineers, pilots, support personnel and operators in Canada—all looking for constructive change and positive solutions to help make our industry the best it can be—now and for the future.

HEPAC’s Think-Tank Forum presents a unique exchange platform where your needs, goals and vision can be heard, discussed, constructively debated, and proactively acted upon for positive industry change with the guidance, support and knowledge of HEPAC’s collective membership.
